How to Register
Eligibility: Any registered and/or legally recognized secretarial association within Asia Pacific, which is engaged to promote and elevate the standards of secretarial practice and its professionalism, is eligible for ASA membership. Any secretarial association engaged only in the activities of clerical and typist-wise nature and their welfare is not eligible.
Legality: The applicant should be legally registered with a Certificate of Incorporation and recognized in its own country. Applicant must submit copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Articles and/or its Rules/Regulations.

Approval: By the Council of Presidents at a meeting or circulation.
