• Held once in every two years.
• Hosted on rotation basis based on seniority membership ASA members in their own countries.
• The ASA member, with Council of Presidents approval, may bow out of hosting the Congress if this is not feasible or practical when its turn comes.
• The host country shall be responsible for all preparations of the Congress.
